KalbmanagerWIN is a computer software that has been specially developed by Förster-Technik for calf husbandry. It connects the VARIO smart or COMPACT smart calf feeder to the PC in the office. A very clear menu makes calf and system data available and enables the automatic feeder to be controlled from the PC. KalbmanagerWIN provides group overviews including animal-specific parameters such as feed consumption, drinking speed, feed quantity as well as individual animal data. A traffic light color system for quick identification of problem calves significantly facilitates precise calf feeding and herd management.

Precise information makes calf feeding plannable. Feed components and feed dosage can be set via the KalbmanagerWIN software, for group feeding as well as for individual calves. Feeding plans are displayed as graphics and can be printed out, if required. The data for each individual calf can also be viewed. Stabling and unstabling dates, feeding days, correction days, plan quantity, consumption, entitlement, the total of all consumptions, feed intake per calf over the entire feeding period and much more. What you want to see and how you want to see it can be set individually. Of course, all data is backed up daily, calf lists can be printed out automatically and various export functions make the KalbmanagerWIN software compatible with other herd management programs.
