In groups with calves of very different ages, it may happen that small calves are disturbed by the larger calves during feeding. The CalfProtect allows even the youngest calves to drink stress-free. The gate can be easily mounted to existing feeding stations and closes automatically once a calf with feed entitlement enters the station. CalfProtect protects the calf during feeding and also prevents it from sucking on other calves once it has finished drinking. The closing time of CalfProtect is freely selectable.
