The MilchMobil PRO is available in a wide range of configurations and is customized to meet your specific requirements. Tank sizes of 120L, 200L, or 300L; AMS-COOL or pasteurization; a Clean & Fill station; a lockable swivel arm; or a foldable can holder—your personalized MilchMobil PRO is tailored entirely to your needs.
For the 120L and 200L models, in addition to the push-type operation, a pull-type operation is now also available. This significantly simplifies handling, especially on sloping terrain, and enables comfortable, effort-saving work.
Flexible mixing – individiually customized.
Every MilchMobil PRO features powerful core technology designed for efficient and gentle calf feeding. Combined with the water-bath heating system, the 8 kW heater ensures fast, even, and gentle heating of cow’s milk or milk powder.
The integrated, two-stage agitator provides either intensive mixing of milk powder or particularly gentle stirring of fresh milk at low speed. The agitator speed can be variably adjusted to suit different applications.
The battery-powered agitator can also be activated during feeding—for remixing or to evenly stir in additives directly on-site, ensuring a homogeneous feed. This allows for efficient operation that is easily and precisely tailored to your requirements.
A new dimension of operation.
The high-resolution 4.3-inch color display presents all information clearly, concisely, and intuitively. Thanks to vivid, colorful icons—just like on a smartphone—operation is a breeze. The larger screen allows you to see values at a glance without having to search for them.
The MilchMobil PRO also shines in low-light conditions: The fully illuminated keys on the light-up keyboard make every operation simple and convenient, even during the dark winter months. This way, you always have everything under control—quickly, precisely, and effortlessly.
Always keep an eye on the fill level.
With the new integrated level sensor, you can keep a close eye on the tank’s contents at all times. All values are clearly shown on the display—whether you’re feeding or mixing the feed. This way, you always know exactly how much feed is left when feeding. Preparing feed with milk powder is also simplified, as the exact amount of water can be easily read on the display.
An additional scale is still available inside the tank.
CALFPLAN. INDIVIDUALIZED FEEDING WITHOUT ADDITIONAL AID.
For the first time, CalfPlan enables individualized, age-based feeding without the need for additional technology such as RFID tags or antennas. The calf huts are simply numbered sequentially; the system identifies which huts are occupied and skips the empty ones. This ensures that each calf receives exactly the right amount of feed according to its feeding plan.
Age-based feeding promotes growth, supports the transition to ruminant digestion, and improves animal welfare and performance.
AMS-COOL. NATURAL FRESH MILK PRESERVATION FOR ROBOTIC MILKING OPERATIONS.
The AMS-Cool option allows fresh milk to be cooled using well water or by connecting a cooling unit or pump to the MilchMobil PRO. Cold water flows through an integrated false bottom in the water bath, ensuring that even small quantities of fresh milk from individual cows are effectively cooled. This makes the MilchMobil PRO ideal for farms with automatic milking systems where cows are milked throughout the day. Especially on hot summer days, AMS-Cool enables fast and effective cooling of fresh milk, ensuring high-quality calf feed.
CLEAN & FILL STATION. FULLY AUTOMATIC CLEANING AND WATER REFILLING.
With the new Clean & Fill Station, cleaning after feeding is fully automatic, safe, and thorough. The MilchMobil PRO docks in less than a minute, and the cleaning program starts at the push of a button using detergent or clean water.
Heating the cleaning water and precisely dosing the cleaning agents ensures excellent cleaning results. Before the next feeding, the MilchMobil PRO is automatically filled with water and preheated to the desired mixing temperature. Then simply add milk powder, stir—and feeding can begin.
