SmartTank

SMARTTANK. COLD STORAGE OF FRESH MILK.

The SmartTank is located in the calf barn in close proximity of the automatic feeder. The fresh milk for the calves is stored here at an optimum temperature. The cooling system works intelligently to prevent residual quantities from freezing. The integrated cooling system allows the milk to be stored for a longer period of time, which is particularly important in the hot summer months. The SmartTank ensures the highest quality of fresh milk until it is retrieved by the calves.

The milk transfer in the SmartTank is efficient and hygienic, ensuring that freshly milked milk is stored safely without loss of residue. Ideal for cooling and storing milk until further processing.

AVAILABLE WITH A CAPACITY OF 100 L OR 300 L, DEPENDING ON THE FARM SIZE.

The SmartTank is integrated into the automatic cleaning system of the VARIO smart automatic feeder. When the milk in the SmartTank is empty, the automatic feeder detects this and cleans it fully automatically. This automatic process saves up to 30 minutes of labor per day. The SmartTank is available in two sizes: 100 and 300 L and is therefore suitable for different farm sizes.
